This support group is free for the community and will be held at Little Smiles Learning Center located at 1 Beverly Drive, Sterling MA! We are looking forward to creating a safe and welcoming space for teens and caregivers!

GOOD MORNING ☀️ as we prepare for our first day of school on Monday, we wanted to remind all families + the community that we are hosting a two session open house today! Any and all families are welcome and we encourge you to bring your child if possible.

Our morning session will run from 9a-11a and our afternoon session will run from 4p-6p! This is a great opportunity to tour our fully set up classrooms, meet our rock star teacher + director staff, and to register/enroll on site! No need to call ahead or register for open house, we are already expecting you all! We are looking forward to meeting and seeing all of your smiling faces!

A reminder that if you have enrolled your child already, all paperwork must be submitted for your child’s file to be considered complete! Please email, upload, or bring in a paper copy of required medical, immunization, or exemption documentation 😊

Half way through the week, let’s do a little meet and greet with clinician and director of training and community outreach, Caitlyn Bauske!

Caitlyn is a BCBA with experience in special needs care and intensive behavior interventions. She began here career working at a summer camp with adults and later transitioned into the ABA field at a residential school in Massachusetts. She holds a Master’s in ABA from Regis College Caitlyn is also working toward certification as a Certified Behavior Sexologist, gaining fieldwork experience under BCBA/CBS supervision.

Passionate about in-home work, Caitlyn excels at building meaningful rapport with clients, families, and staff. She is particularly interested in training, where she focuses on supporting caregivers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Bauske, as she commonly goes by around the office, will be leading our LGBTQIA+ support group in addition to other upcoming services we are looking forward to announcing!

We are so excited to announce the launch of our 8 weeks social skills series packages! Our social skills groups are designed, led + supervised by licensed applied behavior analysts + are inclusive to all children. Check out below for some additional info on our package options 👇🏻

In the event of a diagnosis, 1722 Behavior & Consulting aids in providing direct support staff and intervention services to help your child achiever their goals and excel in skill development.
