Compassion 💖🦅🌀

Namo guan shi yin pusa

When we call to the goddess of compassion, we call in her fierce grace. As she rides the dragon🐉 she is gentle and firm in the way she brings liberation.

I've done a lot of work to hold compassion, I used to go deep into the suffering with others and hold judgment so closely. The loop of victim and savior, i ran between the roles. Actually holding onto them for dear life, because I thought that meant I had real empathy. I know now Im not that kind of empath, im not that kind of healer. I wont suffer with you, but ill help build the map for you to see the solutions. And ill love you, no matter what it is you hold. Its liberating to not feel responsible for someone else's liberation. Your work is not mine. But I will share all that I know for you to find your freedom. ♾️

May we all move in a way that causes a liberation of suffering in true love ❤️

This weekend is solar plexus weekend for my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at

We did this one at the end of the day yesterday and by the time I got home, I was not posting 🤣

Ram is the seed sound of our solar plexus 💛 our inner sun, our place of personal power🔋, its where our confidence and will power live.

The mantra we do after is a call to Ram, which we had a beautiful transmission form Neal where he told us calling to Ram is calling to the reservoir of joy. When you call to Ram, he shows you the power that lives inside of yourself. I've done this mantra before but having that beautiful transmission to go with it makes it that much more impactful. 🫂🔥☀️🐘
