This summer catch me at Vermont facilitating a workshop all about returning to living with natural law as a way of life 🌀🚶‍♀️

The weekend is going to be PACKED with incredible practices, amazing workshops and heart offered medicine from so many beautiful beings. has put together such a dynamic group of humans, to gather in community to uplift the whole. ☀️🐎🔥

Passed down through oral transmission by my mentors and colleagues at what an exciting experience to share the wisdom 🙌 i am thrilled for this opportunity, and I cant wait to see who ill meet on this adventure.

The journey of true discipline, is not something you do in a cycle of shame in blame, rather the freedom to choose what benefits you, in a state of devotion to yourself.

The mere act of having the courage to heal, and staying present on the journey is a true devotion to the practices that allow for the space to do just that.

Happiness and freedom is found in there. Joy and spaciousness is felt there. Bravery and compassion are ways of life there.
