To be recognized by and their 40 Under 40 awards is not something I had on my bingo card this year.

It is a delight that not only my work with the City but my work here is recognized and honored.

To be nominated is such a compliment in and of itself, but to be chosen and to be able to be represented for myself in my wholeness is a gift.

This award is not just mine. It's for every single person who has helped shape my journey. It's for every lesson I've learned. It's for every person I've been able to work with. It's for every moment I questioned myself & for every moment you question yourself.

It's for me. But it is also for you. Because without you, my path wouldn't be the same.

Deeply humbled to be apart of this years awardees and all those who came before me & all those who will come next. 🙏

So hum, I am that. 🐝

I love what I do.

This path has been one of becoming all that I truly am, while softening and letting go of all that I am not.

When I tone with the Tibetan singing bowls, I’m not just making sound, i’m in conversation with frequency itself. The tones move like waves through the body and the energy field, meeting the places where tension has settled or where something has been holding on for too long.

I often imagine i am the whales and dolphins when I play, how they use echolocation to map the unseen, to connect across distances. The bowls in this way are like that to me. Each vibration travels outward, sensing, clearing, creating space for what is ready to shift.

Sound doesn’t need language. It speaks directly to the nervous system, to the body’s memory. It opens a door where words can’t always go, guiding us back to clarity, presence, and the deeper rhythm of our own lives.

September 9th @3:30pm we will gather with to do a little ribbon cutting ceremony 🎀🎉🏞

Keeping my eyes on the steps and holding trust on this journey🤩😍

Being able to shout out anywhere is one of my favorite things to do. 📣

Friday night reset at 🌀🎶

I’ll be weaving a Synergy of Sound set while you sip kava, drop the week from your shoulders, and let your nervous system find its rhythm.

Come breathe, soften, and sit with community.

The evening starts at 8 and flows till 11. No cover. After my sound bath, get a mini session with me or one of other practitioners coming into the space 🥰

Spacious, sane, joyous, and free🌀

That's where im living, as much as I can. Wherever I can.

Whether im on the mat, teaching a class, parenting, writing, driving my car, in stillness, and all the spaces and places in between.

There are many moments to catch me taking up space with my bellowing chuckles. Moving through a yoga flow is no exception. 🧘‍♀️🙏✨️

I love capturing that. 📸
