As the new year begins we often hear a lot about pressures to change, dream big, or fix. I challenge you to take this time to pause and reflect. Even the small moments can lead to bigger things!

This week I have been creating bingo boards with my clients to set bucketlist/goals for the new year. Not necessarily resolutions, but measurable and attainable moments to capture. I shared an example here from bingobaker.com.

Can also be a great idea for families looking for more adventures together (1night everyone can be screen free, complete a family puzzle, kids can help with dinner one night)
