From the very beginning, Dr. Chris Heinis was incredibly kind, honest, and reassuring. One thing that truly surprised me was that he actually recommended a different procedure than the one I initially requested. He explained that the alternative would minimize scarring and give me a better aesthetic result so I wouldn’t need to style my hair to hide a scar.
That level of honesty really stood out to me. He clearly put my needs first, even if it meant recommending something different than what I had originally planned.
The entire staff was amazing and focused on making me comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Heinis was always available to answer my questions and never made me feel like a burden, even though I asked a lot of them and probably worried more than I needed to.
When my hair finally started growing back, I honestly became emotional. I felt like myself again. The results exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was fair compared to the other clinics I researched.
Sometimes when I read reviews online, I wonder if they’re exaggerated, but I can genuinely say that my experience here was outstanding. If you’re going through the same uncertainty I went through, I strongly encourage you to give this practice a call.
The locations might look a little unconventional at first, and you might feel nervous walking in, but the results and care you receive will speak for themselves.
