Ed enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was spending time on a golf course or hunting and fishing with his friends. He loved his time playing golf at Hillcrest with “The Growlers.” He always enjoyed the excitement of both horse and dog racing and was a member of the former English Social Club in Worcester.

Joe grew up in L’Avenir, Quebec, one of nine children. At the age of 18, he moved to the United States and made Massachusetts his home for the rest of his life. Shortly after moving to the United States, Joe enlisted in the Army National Guard and served for 6 years from 1963 – 1968. He worked for many years at Reed Rolled Thread and Die in Holden, retiring at the age of 62.

Ms. Pianka immigrated to the United States about 50 years ago. Genowefa was a hard worker and was a Housekeeper for State Mutual Insurance Co for some time. Later, Genowefa continued working as a housekeeper for St. Vincent Hospital before retiring several years ago.

Brian was a sports fan and especially enjoyed watching and following the Boston Red Sox, the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots. In his youth Brian was an outstanding hockey player. Family was a priority in his life, he always looked forward to the trips to Hampton, family cookouts and camping.
