Some nights I genuinely have to hype myself up to take my supplements.
They’re important. I feel better when I’m consistent. But that doesn’t make swallowing them any easier.
If you’re someone who struggles with pills too, know there are other options:
💧 I use drops for things like Vitamin D…simple, fast, and easy to take.
🍬 Chews or gummies can work too (shoutout to for putting me onto the magnesium ones I actually enjoy).
Supplements shouldn’t feel like a struggle. Whether it’s pills, powders, drops, or gummies…the best option is the one you’ll actually take.
