I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring on September 30, 2026. My colleagues at Worcester Pediatrics, P.C., Dr. Paulette Kimball-Wren, Dr. Scott Cushman, Dr. Himabindu Muddana and our Nurse Practitioners Leanne Mazeika and Meaghan Krajewski are available to take over your children’s medical needs.

Updates regarding our new computer system.

1. Please be patient - not all patient demographic information transferred to the new system.

2. You will get a self-check-in notification prior to your appointment - please complete this check-in (do not pay the copay for physicals)

3. The new patient portal, starting 3/24/25, will allow you to get copies of physical forms, school notes, letters, get lab results and pay invoices. Please sign up for the portal.

4. Phone situation - our phones at the hospital have been going down about once a month lately. If you have access to the new portal, you can directly message us with any concerns, you may have. Reminder - we do not monitor that after 5pm or weekends/holidays.

Call the office with any questions you may have.

Our phone lines are down. The hospital is aware and working on it. Please either send a message via the new patient portal or you can fax us at 833-428-4030.

If your child has an appointment today, please plan to leave extra time to get here. There is only 1 elevator working on the North side of the hospital. Thank you!

Our new computer system is up and running for 4 weeks now. Please be patient when calling and coming in for appointments. Most of your information (phone numbers, address and pharmacy) did not cross over to the new system.

We have a new patient portal - please make sure you sign up for the new portal. If you have registered for the portal physical forms, school notes, and lab results will push directly to the new portal.

The office will be closed on Monday, April 21st. There will be a physician on call for medical emergencies only. No prescription refills will be done on this day.

There is something wrong with our phones. The hospital is working on it. If you have access to our NEW patient portal - please send messages via that. You can fax us at 833-428-4030. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will only be seeing patients until Noon today, 3/21/2025. We are getting ready for our new EHR system on Monday.

If your child needs a refill, please call TODAY to get it filled.

Please be patient with us next week as we navigate our new EHR system. There will be a lot of things we need to update from parents, and we may NOT be able to prescribe scripts on Monday, 3/24/2025. We are doing everything possible to get that set up but there may be a delay.

UPDATE: If your child requires a prescription refill PLEASE call us by Thursday, 3/20/2025. We will be using a new computer system as of Monday, 3/24/2025 and we can't guarantee that prescriptions will work for the first couple of days. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new system. Thanks!
