Updates for 1/1/2026:

Self check-in - please complete this step. It will save time in the office. If your child is scheduled for a physical DO NOT pay the copay - skip that option. When filling out the field DO NOT change the name to your name - everything is in reference to the child with the appointment. We are trying to make it so you don't have to fill out registration forms at each physical. If you wish to not complete this option, we will hand you a registration form to be completed.

Please register for the new patient portal - you will be able to get physical forms, daycare forms and school notes on the portal.

We wanted to let you know that Dr. Sagan has announced he will be retiring on 9/30/2026.

I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring on September 30, 2026. My colleagues at Worcester Pediatrics, P.C., Dr. Paulette Kimball-Wren, Dr. Scott Cushman, Dr. Himabindu Muddana and our Nurse Practitioners Leanne Mazeika and Meaghan Krajewski are available to take over your children’s medical needs.

Updates regarding our new computer system.

1. Please be patient - not all patient demographic information transferred to the new system.

2. You will get a self-check-in notification prior to your appointment - please complete this check-in (do not pay the copay for physicals)

3. The new patient portal, starting 3/24/25, will allow you to get copies of physical forms, school notes, letters, get lab results and pay invoices. Please sign up for the portal.

4. Phone situation - our phones at the hospital have been going down about once a month lately. If you have access to the new portal, you can directly message us with any concerns, you may have. Reminder - we do not monitor that after 5pm or weekends/holidays.
