Another three letter word we’re obsessed with around here… BX3, Bri, and now NAD+. 👏

NAD+ is a coenzyme your body uses for energy, repair, focus, and overall cellular health. Think of it as the behind the scenes support system your body runs on every single day. There are a few ways to get it in, but not all of them hit the same:

◽️ Oral supplements: easy, but honestly not our favorite. Most of it gets broken down in the gut before your body can use it.
