Our Monthly Sound Bath ❄️✨
This Saturday at 6pm

Join us for our monthly sound bath—an intentional evening of rest, warmth, and nervous system reset, especially sweet on a cold, snowy night. As winter settles in outside, we’ll create a calm, grounded space inside with soothing sound, gentle vibration, and quiet presence.

Mats and blankets are provided, and you’re always welcome to bring extra layers or anything that helps you feel extra cozy and supported.

Alfredo brings ancestral rhythm through his large ceremonial drums, rooted in traditions from Mexico, while Charlene guides a deeply immersive sound bath that works on the nervous system and the energetic body. Together, they create a space that truly takes you out of your head and back into yourself.
