Teaching Reiki Level Two is one of my favorites. Reiki by itself is so wonderful, but then you add the Reiki symbols and... *mystical chef's kiss*

And to sit with a student as they continue their Reiki journey, it's such a pleasure and honor to witness and be a part of.

Nancy started her Reiki journey last June and felt such a deep connection with the energy even before signing up for the class. She's following her heart and we had another private class. ✨️ Continue your Healer's journey with our next class of Usui Reiki LevelTwo. ✨️

In Reiki Level II you will receive the next level of the Attunement process and learn healing techniques for working with yourself, pets, and others. You will also learn the three traditional Usui Reiki Sacred Symbols, which will empower you to provide Reiki over long distances; to send healing energy wherever it may be needed in the world; to any person or situation in any moment in time from the past, present, or future; and it will also provide a stronger form of mental and emotional healing. You are encouraged to use these symbols to bring the universal energy of Reiki into your everyday life in more practical ways.

To prepare, find one person who you would like to send distance healing to at 2:30 pm during this class. Let them know that they will receive about 20 minutes of free energy work.

Join us in this beautiful class of Reiki energy!

- Must have completed Reiki Level One
- Lunch will be up to the individual, with food establishments and grocery stores nearby.
- There is a refrigerator and kitchen on the premises.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing

I am grieving and sad over this election's results, and I'm thinking of everyone who needs someone to fight for them. I am still here and my voice has a place. We're still here. I intend to make my space safe for the most vulnerable and will continue to fight for fundamental rights for women and the LGBTQ community. Change happens locally, with all of us - you and me - we can do this together. I still love people, no matter what, hate truly has no place with me. People clearly want what he's promising, and what he's promising is a scary thing for many. Be kind.

Reiki can create a deeper sense of peace and calm in your life, and is a beautiful energy and a great tool to add to your toolkit.

☆ In this class, you will learn all about Reiki, the benefits of this healing modality, the energy around us and in your body, and how to use this energy to help heal yourself and others.

☆ We will focus on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing you to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands.

☆ We will discuss the history of Reiki, and the philosophy of how it works.

☆ You will become attuned to Reiki on the first level, you will learn how to self-Reiki, and how to give sessions to others.

☆ This is a great tool to learn and add to your own self-care toolkit. It is great to add to your meditation practice, your routines in self-care with exercise or yoga, and overall is a beneficial modality to help calm and ease physical, mental, and emotional stresses and anxieties.

Another beautiful day in Reiki teaching Level One in a private class with Nancy. ✨️

Being a lovely light helping children in special education for 21 years, Nancy resonated with the compassion and empathy Reiki provides with its healing. She will do wonders bridging Reiki for children and I'm looking forward to this path developing in her journey. 🙏

Congratulations to two new IET Intermediate graduates and 😇🎉

I'm always in awe when universe puts soul buddies together. It's such a privilege to witness the workings of the Divine. These two beautiful souls connected with the angels and held space for one another. The day was filled with joy, healing, compassion, and spirit.

They are enriching their offerings with beautiful energy healing and I'm looking forward to watching them continue to grow with IET. Thank you for your presence, it's an honor to be a part of your journey. ✨️

Haha, we asked my youngest to take pictures of us and he hit a filter by mistake, but it's perfect! We look like the eclipse ourselves! Haha, and Lemurian showed her ladders, and shadows were so cool to look at. Happy Solar Eclipse day!

I had such a purr-fectly splendid morning offering Reiki @ The Kitty Kat Cafe! Thank you Wild Rose Holistic Health Kelley & Karen for putting together such a relaxing and therapeutic event with all the adoptable kitties. The feline energy was divine! As a spirit animal, the cat teaches us to embrace our own sensitivity, to trust our instincts and intuitive perceptions. It encourages us not to be afraid of exposing ourselves to the world, even if this sometimes means experiencing intense emotions or uncomfortable energies. Sounds like universe purr-fectly timed this event with the New Moon in Aquarius. ♒️✨️

Whenever you get a chance, go to the Kitty Kat Cafe, sit with the kitties, pet them, heck maybe adopt them! Bring your own food/drink or have some tea there. You can read a book or bring a laptop and work remotely while a sleeping cat sits on your lap. Definitely just go! 🐱🐈‍⬛🐈

☆ The Intermediate Level Techniques work at the 3rd (mental) and 4th (karmic) pair of the 12-strand DNA.
