This week, September 7–13, is Direct Support Professionals Week which is a time to celebrate the incredible people who are at the heart of Open Sky’s mission.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support that helps individuals live, work, socialize, and truly belong in our communities. At Open Sky, we are proud to have more than 800 DSPs whose skills, compassion, and dedication make a difference every single day (and night!).

To our DSPs: thank you for the care you give, the encouragement you provide, and the way you help people see beyond and live beyond perceived limitations.
