At Beauty For Life, we value open communication and want to provide our clients with convenient ways to stay in touch. Due to the influx of messages that make it very difficult to answer in a timely manner while supporting a work - life balance for our providers and to ensure we respect both your time and our providers’ time, please review our text messaging guidelines:
✅ Appropriate Use of Text Messaging
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling requests
• Quick, non-urgent questions (e.g., directions, hours, product availability)
• General inquiries about services and promotions
❌ Inappropriate Use of Text Messaging
• Medical emergencies (please call 911)
• After-hours medical or treatment questions
• Detailed medical advice and insurance questions (these require a consultation or visit)
⏰ Response Times
• Texts are monitored during business hours only.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for a response.
• Messages sent after-hours, on weekends, or holidays will be answered the next business day the provider is in the office.
💲 Fees for Clinical Inquiries
• Clinical questions requiring a provider’s time, review, or follow-up may incur a fee (minimum $10 but may increase upon discretion).
• If your message requires detailed medical guidance, we will advise you to schedule a consultation for a fee.
