SHARE has been taking care of central Massachusetts since 1997. As our unions approach our 25th year, we face new challenges and opportunities. The pandemic and staffing shortages continue, Meanwhile, each of our unions--at UMass Medical School, UMass Memorial Hospital Marlboro, and UMass Medical Center--head to the table to re-negotiate the contract agreement we have with each of our employers.

Sticking together is as important as ever! We’re committed to keeping our community strong and vibrant, and taking care of ourselves.
