NEW YOUTH PROGRAM!!

The Family Resource Center and YOU, Inc. are kicking off a new weekly series for middle school and early high school aged youth! Each month will have a new theme, with related activities offered every Thursday. In April, we're talking all about STRESS & ANXIETY, so we'll be watching "Inside Out 2", playing stress relief games, making our own stress balls, and trying some "mindful snacking." You can join for just one session, or you can sign up to come to all four this month!

NOTE FOR PARENTS - An adult guardian MUST come with youth for their first session to sign off on consent and emergency contact forms, but you are not required to stay on-site during the program. If you choose to stay, though, we will have a "Caregiver Coffee Corner" set up for you.

Call 508-519-3590, option 1, for more information or to sign-up.
