Did you know that October is National Dental Hygiene Month!
We have SEVEN great hygienist here at 1010 Dental on Elm. We love having all of them here 😁
Here are some ways to celebrate Dental Hygiene Month..
1st You can thank your dental hygienist for their diligent work and for discussing the importance of oral hygiene at each visit.
2nd You can practice good dental hygiene at home which includes brushing two times a day for two minutes, flossing and even a mouth wash!
3rd and finally, you should chew sugar free gum and limit sugary drinks.
Your oral health is a reflection of your overall health, so be good to your smile! 🦷🪥
