Hey Worcester! Did you know today is Election Day? It’s time to cast your ballot for who makes it to the general election for City Council. I just got done casting my vote, and you should do the same.

Our community deserves good people to stand up for us and make a difference. I am not going to endorse any candidates… just going to say the polls are open until 7! You can find out where you go to vote on the city website.

I’ve always used Mira muscular therapy techniques as my primary form of massage. Becoming a certified MMT has been a dream of mine ever since school however I knew the road was very difficult. For 11 years, I have looked for classes in NMT which were almost nonexistent but then I came across WNC school of massage where you could take the program to get your certificate. Well, after 11 years, a lot of classes, a pandemic, writing a case report/case study, I finally did it! I am now a certified neuromuscular therapist!!
