What We Offer


  • We teach individuals and groups successful ways to make healthy dietary changes to prevent and treat chronic diseases and conditions. We work in research studies; provide individual counseling, or group classes.

  • Dietary interventions for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, cancer, obesity, and gastrointestinal diseases.

  • We have a teaching kitchen that is the heart and soul of our Center. This is where people come to learn about food through the pleasurable modalities of cooking and eating together.
