To start the year off right, I’m offering a $90 / 60-minute customized therapeutic massage.
Sessions can be Deep Tissue or Swedish-based, depending on what your body actually needs that day.

My work is therapeutic and results driven focused on reducing chronic tension, addressing postural strain, and improving overall mobility and circulation.
Every session is tailored to how your body is holding stress, restriction, or pain.

New add ons now available:

Muscle Scraping (IASTM) helps break up adhesions and improve tissue glide
Cupping Therapy encourages blood flow, decompresses tight tissue, and supports recovery
Both techniques are great for areas that feel “stuck,” overworked, or slow to heal.

If your body has been feeling tight, inflamed, or just off this is a good time to address it before those patterns become chronic.

May your holiday season bring peace to your mind, warmth to your home, and a few quiet pauses that let you catch your breath and actually feel the beauty of it all.

As the year begins to close and life starts moving faster, remember to take a little time for yourself. Not just to rest but to return. To unwind the weight you’ve been carrying, to notice where your body’s been asking for care, and to let yourself simply exist without needing to do or fix anything for a moment.

This month, I’m offering:
60-minute sessions – $100 (normally $115)
90-minute sessions – $130 (normally $145)

Each session is entirely your own whether you need slow, grounding work to bring you back to yourself, deep tissue to release what’s built up, or a gentle mix of both. We’ll follow your body’s pace and its story that day.
