This is what it’s all about. Helping others, who normally would never try yoga, have access to try yoga. Yoga is a way to move energy and release what the body is holding on to on a physical and mental level. Motion is lotion to soften and release trauma. Supporting this film and buying a ticket to this event helps bring more yoga to those who may not ever try it, without the opportunities that Postures for Life Movie provides. Postures for life is a non profit charity organization that raises money to bring yoga to underprivileged communities.

Postures for life has brought to yoga to the Veterans shelter, worcester family resource center, detox facilities, and many more.

The ticket sales from the movie premiere will go directly to Postures for Life non profit organization to help bring yoga to more communities in need.

As many of you know, our teacher Tatiana is in the hospital. She had to be flown to Boston for life saving treatment after heart failure and has been diagnosed with giant cell myocarditis. We are devastated to report that our beautiful yoga teacher, Tatiana is in the hospital. She had to be life flown to Boston for life saving treatment. Please follow her journey here to support her.
