We kick off at 9am this Saturday!!

Isaiah 53:5 But He was pierced for our transgressions; He was crushed for our iniquities; upon Him was the chastisement that brought us peace and with His wounds we are healed. 100 Dbl Unders: reminds us of the lashings Jesus received for us. 800M Barbell Carry: symbolic of Jesus carrying the cross amd take the weight of our sins upon Himself. 100 Burpees: signify Christ conquering death and rising again.
