Florida constitution Amendment 4
Is not about ABORTION being MURDER. If that’s your opinion fine but no one wants to vote based on YOUR beliefs.
Amendment 4 is vague. It does not put petameters in place. A basic free for all. Want an abortion at full term? Sure, we can do that. Under age and want an abortion? That can be done as well. Yes, parental notification is required however, no time given so could be in an hour, a day, month year later. Who knows. We will leave that up to the provider who does the abortion.
Did you catch that? The PROVIDER. Abortion will no longer need to be done by a physician who has actually been trained in the surgical procedure but ANY PROVIDER. So, you tell me how many will do clothes hanger abortions. (Figuratively speaking)
The current FLORIDA ABORTION laws may not be what Floridians want but AMENDMENT 4 is not the right answer. If this passes there are NO DO OVERS!!! We will be stuck. Once an Amendment has been added to the constitution it can not be changed.
Vote NO on 4 until a proper Amendment has been written!
For whom ever has posted the 50MILLION signs 🪧 vote no on 4 abortion is murder. You are a HUGE part of the problem. Again, this is not about your beliefs of abortion being murder. To be quite frank it would not surprise me if a pro abortion group put these up just to enrage the rest of the people
