Join Our Heart-Centered Practice at Hilltown Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Services at Healing Hearts Sanctuary LLC.
We are seeking skillful and heart-centered practitioners in the Amherst and Shelburne Falls area to provide both in-person and telehealth support. Our downtown Amherst office features a cozy coffee shop and is surrounded by great restaurants, while our Shelburne Falls office offers a shared conference room, a food cooperative in the building, and a beautiful downtown setting.
At Hilltown Behavioral Health, we envision our practice as a vibrant community where each practitioner contributes to the overarching ecosystem. We are dedicated to creating an environment where early-career psychotherapists can cultivate their skills and build confidence. Our mission at HBH is to provide a nurturing space for individuals while supporting the health of the collective. We offer essential resources, including office spaces, competitive rates, virtual meeting platforms, billing, referrals, and credentialing, all of which sustain our capacity to effectively serve those seeking support.
We invite recent graduates, particularly those holding a master’s degree in social work or mental health, to apply. Our organization emphasizes learning, development, and flourishing within a supportive community, mirroring how plants thrive in a well-tended environment. Early-career practitioners energize our practice and nurture its foundation, while seasoned team members contribute their wisdom, heart, and insight, providing the rich soil that fosters an environment where all practitioners can flourish.
We encourage applications from individuals passionate about somatic practices, art, dance, poetry, philosophy, or music, as these modalities are valued within our therapeutic framework. HBH offers supervision for unlicensed practitioners working toward licensure.This dynamic relationship honors both emerging and seasoned professionals, creating a community where fresh perspectives invigorate our practice.
