Do you love to kayak or always wanted to try....Check out Adaptive Sports Connection Paddle with the Ohio Wildlife Center August 23 & 30 | Time: 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 🛶🐢🦫

Join us for a Saturday Paddle with the Ohio Wildlife Center!
Dates: August 23 & 30 | Time: 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Glide through the scenic Twin Lakes Reserve and Scioto River with ASC's expert volunteers for a safe and welcoming experience for paddlers of all skill levels. Keep an eye out for turtles, great egrets, beavers, bald eagles, and other wildlife that call this region home.

After the paddle, Ohio Wildlife Center’s animal ambassador will share insights about the lives and habitats of the native birds, reptiles, and mammals in the area. You may even meet a rescued possum or turtle along the way!

The Strand Theatre in Delaware is hosting a Sensory Friendly Showing of The Bad Guys 2 on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025! 🐾

🎟 Admission is just $6 per person
⏰ Doors open at 9:30 AM | Movie starts at 10:00 AM
🍿 The first 25 tickets purchased will include FREE popcorn + FREE drink, courtesy of the Autism Society Central Ohio! 🥤

The film will be shown in a sensory-friendly setting — lights on, lower volume, and held in one of the theatre’s downstairs auditoriums for easier access.

Bring the whole family for a fun, inclusive morning at the movies! 💙
