An empowering journey in our Radiant Longevity series, designed to enhance your mobility and vitality through simple yet effective movements. I created the Radiant community because I believe in the ability and wisdom of our bodies to seek vitality no matter where we are in our health spectrum. I created Radiant Longevity because I am very interested in promoting maximum mobility as we age. Simple acts of daily living should be accessible to us all but can become a challenge as we face life head on. I read that the key predictor of mortality is the ability to get up from the ground to standing without using your hands. Let’s work on it!
Over six weeks, you’ll explore the harmonious blend of yoga, stretching, and bodyweight strength training, all tailored to promote longevity and well-being.
This series is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to movement. Modifications and adaptations will be provided to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
We will use props, a chair and your own body weight to embark on this transformative journey toward Radiant Longevity.
