Starting August 1, our Community Health Workers and Insurance Navigators will serve all patients and clients in the Huntington, Worthington, and Amherst health centers. This move will help better serve you and your family.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. Yesterday, Community Programs, other folks from HCHC, and community members participated in the Denim Day Campaign. This annual campaign aims to raise public awareness about sexual assault and educate communities and individuals on how to prevent sexual violence in the United States. Thank you, Community Programs, for raising this awareness.

In January, Keith Richardson said his final goodbye to his father, Paul Richardson Jr. Paul, like much of the Richardson Family, was a longtime patient of Hilltown Community Health Center. During his final days, HCHC’s Karen Lucas and Selina Hine were by Paul’s side, to attend to his needs and assist the Richardson family during the difficult transition. As a thank you for their extraordinary care and attention, the Richardson Family made a donation to HCHC in Paul’s memory and to honor the work of our providers. In the lieu of flowers, the family also asked that donations be made to HCHC. As a result, the funds will be used to support our staff and providers. Thank you Keith and all those who made a gift in honor of Paul!
