Yesterday was our annual Turkey Day, and it’s one of our favorite traditions!
Every year since we opened our doors, we’ve surprised 12 randomly selected Care Provider teammates with a Thanksgiving turkey as a small token of our appreciation.

Our Care Providers are the heart of Synergy — the compassion, the dedication, the consistency, the “showing up” even on the hard days. We truly have the best team around, and we love celebrating YOU.
