We’re proud to introduce Ashley Silva, CEO of Blue Ridge Vista, and the passion behind her leadership at NewVista. With years of experience in behavioral health, she brings expertise in inpatient psychiatric services, quality improvement, and healthcare operations, always focused on patient safety and better outcomes.

Her “why” is simple: supporting individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments and helping them find stability, hope, and independence.

Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom of three and fiancé, and she credits her family as her biggest source of motivation.
