What's makes Craniosacral Therapy Safe?

It's a sacred experience where a therapist truly listens to you deeply. With a light touch, we wait for the body, for the person deep inside to reveal how the light, the intelligence within wants to repair, and integrate the whole person back into the moment, with a beating heart, and in healthy relationship.

We do this with skills and direction, but we primarily hold a neutral stance, without any judgment, for an uprising of life to move the current along. The person on the table is able to experience with a neutral witness, and a curiosity. With no needed defense.

The question is.... "Who AM I"? And what wants to spring forward and be here right now?

The whole universe gets a voice in this work. So gentle. So patient.

Imagining how relaxing and vitalizing that can be for a person who is open and feels safe.

Our Story

Massage/Bodywork/Healing Energy Work

I have been in Private Practice serving my client base for 20 years. I work primarily with people who are experiencing neck & back pain, stress and anxiety, and those who are spiritually aligned with a sense of wanting to feel more deeply embodied in Presence. Most of my work is based in Craniosacral Therapy & SomatoEmotional Relase learned at the Upledger Institute, Hakomi, but I also work with people with myofascial work, and energy work (Reiki, Brennan Healing-Hands of Light).

More recently, I have been attracting more people needing Visceral Manipulation. Issues with digestion have become more prevalent these days. In addition, I just completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga on High in Columbus Ohio. It has been very helpful for my clients to be given things they can do at home to help in between sessions. Waiting to do my Final Certification soon.

I do offer a free 15 minute phone consult to see if we are a good match in working together. Call Sharon at 703 509-1792 Cell. Working mostly at my Johnstown, Ohio Location, but in Worthington on occasion.
