Today I want to share some information with you about your lymphatic system. This is part of your cleaning, detoxing and trash removal system to keep your blood as healthy as possible and to boost your immune system.
If we think about the lymph and the importance of its movement to keep the blood clean and clear, you can consider that there are four great ways to keep the lymph flowing so that the garbage does not accumulate in the cells.
These methods let the nutrients from the blood get to the cells and help the waste products to move out!
Those four ways of assisting in lymphatic drainage are:
1) deep breathing, practice belly breathing at least 3 to 4 times a day for a minimum of five minutes. Not only will this help your lymphatic system, but it will do wonders for your digestive system.
2) rebounding, you can use a small trampoline in your own home, and bounce back-and-forth several times a day.
3) massage and movement, I highly recommend a minimum of five out of the seven days to work out. This doesn’t mean you have to belong to a gym, you can just simply get outside, too fast pace walking, biking, anything to get the body moving.
4) the topical application of castor oil
Catch this, when castor oil is absorbed through the skin, several positive events take place. The lymphocyte count of the blood increases. Lymph flow improves throughout the body, speeding the removal of cellular-related toxins and reducing swollen lymph nodes.
As toxicity is reduced and health improves, the pH of the saliva becomes less acidic, and the Peyer’s patches in the small intestine become more efficient at fat absorption, which is essential for the formation of hormones, brain health and other components necessary for growth and repair.
