I wanted to give you an update on my counseling services. I've been out of the country, for a bit. I took a little trip south to Guatemala and spent a week at Lake Attilan. I had the amazing opportunity to retreat from work and regular life and immerse myself in mindfulness meditation and yoga. I know I can't take you all with me but I can share this practice and guide you through any blocks along the way.

I wanted to update you all as I currently have a waitlist for new clients.
I am offering you a chance to retreat without needing a passport! We have this year's butterfly retreat in June at The Barn in Benkelman. This retreat gives women a chance to connect with others, connect with nature, and find their confidence to let their true light shine! We will practice mindfulness meditation, transformational breathwork and gental yoga. Let me know if you have more questions about this.
