One Love specializes in perinatal and women's wellness services. Seasonal group childbirth classes are available, as are private in-home classes. A variety of hypnosis and meditation based sessions are available at our office to keep you balanced and to support the mind-body relationship throughout the transitions of life. For nearly fourteen years, I’ve been acquainted with Blissborn—
As an educator.
As a laboring mother.
As someone who has walked beside others at the threshold of birth.

What I know now, more clearly than ever, is that Blissborn has always been about inner journeying.

Yes, it prepares you for birth.
But more than that, it invites you into relationship with your whole self— your body, your nervous system, your intuition, your history, and your inner knowing.

In the years since I first shared this class, my work has deepened into inner child healing, past life exploration, dream states, and guided journeys inward. And still, Blissborn remains a foundation. Birth is one of the most powerful initiations we experience, and how we meet it matters.

This class is mind-body based, spacious, and deeply human. It’s for mothers, partners, parents, and birth workers who want more than information— who want presence, integration, and trust from the inside out.

Circle isn’t about performing or arriving with the right story. It’s about being witnessed in your truth— and witnessing others in theirs. Different details, same universal themes. Healing happens in that recognition.

We are wired for connection. Our nervous systems exhale in the presence of warmth. And when you sit in Circle, you can show up quiet, overwhelmed, curious, grieving, hopeful, or unsure. All of you is welcome.

Circle offers depth without pressure, and space without expectation. A place to land. A place to remember yourself.

Just wrapped up a Companioning Session with a long-time client, and I’m reminded again why this work is so meaningful.

Companioning isn’t clinical or prescriptive. It’s relational, intuitive, grounding.

We follow your needs in real time- talking, energy work, guided practices.

Over the years, many women have found a gentle rhythm with this work- weekly or monthly support during seasons of transition, growth, or overwhelm.

These sessions were created organically from that need for connection and clarity.

One Love Childbirth Services specializes in hypnosis based fertility and birth support. Private in-home childbirth classes are available to accommodate your scheduling needs. In-home classes are offered between Boston, MA and Warwick, RI. Classes can also take place at our office in the Natick Wellness Collaborative.
