This name is connected to my Italian roots and all that we stand for at Allora Rise. It’s truly a privilege to be in the “in between” with you. Whether that’s in-between feelings, seasons of life, decisions, versions of yourself - we’re here for it. Watching our clients rise up and breakthrough is one of the best parts of our job.

On the eve of our 4 year anniversary of Arise, I’ve got so many thoughts. 4 years ago I dreamed of opening Arise to create a safe space for those who were searching for a space to heal, grow, learn - a calming, salty aired, no-judgement space.

A little after that, I dreamed of being a safe space not only for the healing but for the healers.
I dreamed of a practice where therapists could feel really seen, really taken care of, really appreciated and heard as they did the hard work that they do.

Today, I look at the 6 therapists that I work alongside of and I am in awe of them. They are the kindest, most compassionate and skilled therapists. I value each of them so highly and I am inspired by them to be a better therapist myself.

I am taken aback by the community of small business owners here in Wilmington, especially my fellow women leaders who I’ve grown more inspired by every day. Thank you for encouraging me, for talking through things, for always showing up. For the family and friends that have supported us from the beginning in every way, there is so much love for you and you are why Arise could even come to be in the first place.

To the people that Arise has been a small part of your healing journey, thank you. Thank you for being brave, thank you for letting us in, thank you for teaching us and inspiring us with your growth and your resilience. Thank you for letting us be human, be vulnerable, be your cheerleader, always. Arise was always for you.
