I am not throwing shade, but I am being very genuine as it is concerning.

I chased the “next best” for years, so I am speaking from experience. I got the best results (& saved money, too) when I sought help from educated holistic health professionals. Then, I was encouraged to become a professional myself.

I am still learning & growing, but having the knowledge I have now allows me to see the other side.

Don’t get me wrong, some products & modalities are appropriate for the majority & I love to & will share them broadly, but some products or modalities should not be recommended broadly & really should be tailored to the individual by an educated practitioner.

I heard my kids talk about an upcoming fight with Mike Tyson & some other guy 🥊& I honestly didn’t pay much mind (clearly). 😆

Then, I saw that Mike Tyson AND Mr. MAGA himself, Robert Kennedy, Jr, our new US Secretary of Health & Human Services, wear Lifewave light therapy patches just like my family & I do! 😳🙌🏻

I have been a huge fan of RFK, Jr. for some time now because of his passions toward true health, but now I have reason to cheer on Tyson as well. 🥳

I mean, have you seen how fit Kennedy is at age 70? Tyson is 58 years old & is going head-to-head with a 27-year-old! Those two men HAVE to be doing something right! 💡

I don’t see myself as very salesy & quite honestly, that’s the side of my business that I struggle with the most, but I have been led to share more. People need to know! 🗣️

In conversation, I will enthusiastically share natural health products & modalities that are either free or that are from companies that I have vetted & trust, that produce products that I believe in, products that I have personally used &/or use currently, & that I have experienced firsthand or have seen success with, so why not share to a larger audience?

My dear friend & fellow registered nurse, naturopath, & nutrition consultant, Khaki , has introduced me to & has taught me so very much in the natural health arena & I am so grateful for her in many ways. She introduced me to Lifewave technology a year ago. I wholeheartedly trust her & she shares amazing results with these Lifewave light therapy, stem cell-stimulating patches. BTW: There are over 130 product patents!

Clearly, Tyson & Kennedy are believers! 💪🏻

Let’s talk detox!

I often get asked health, healing, & nutrition questions & I have been encouraged to start sharing to more of an audience. Hence the reason Heart of Valor Holistic Health social media platforms have been created.

There is A LOT of noise in the natural health arena & other professional practitioners & I have seen that not all the noise is appropriate. Where you get your information from matters.

I am a registered nurse, certified holistic health practitioner, & certified nutrition consultant who works with multiple practitioner-distributed products & services & would love to share my knowledge & experience.

My family & I have trialed several products from several companies & I only recommend what I believe in & have seen firsthand to work for myself, my family, & my clients.

The approaches to health are very individual, but I do find myself sharing very similar recommendations across the board.

I would love to know what topics you would like to learn more about so I can share.
