So often we hear from students that they are hesitant about coming to class because they do not know the poses, so we are bringing you this “Yoga Pose of the week” series where we take a min to break down a yoga pose for you!

Most of us learn how to do the different yoga poses while practicing on the mat and looking around at others during class. If not knowing the yoga poses is what’s holding you back from coming into the Shala, release that worry and come on in! We’re here to teach you. 🩵
