Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation

We provide a warm, welcoming environment and highly individualized skilled nursing care. Our Care Team is specially-trained to work with seniors.

Located in the small town of Wurtland, Kentucky, Wurtland Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 126-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

Congratulations to our Care Team member of the Month, Austin Triplett! 🌟 Austin joined the Wurtland community in June 2020 as a CNA, where his love for residents and dedication to their daily care quickly stood out. In July 2025, he followed his passion and became our Activity Director, bringing creativity, energy, and heart to every program!

From outings and outdoor lunches to cooking, movies, and teaching residents to crochet, Austin has made each day special. Residents and Care Team members alike are excited to see what he brings next. Hats off to you, Austin—congratulations! 💙❤️

We are so grateful for their hard work, dedication, and the compassion they show to the people we serve every day! 💙
