We’re proud to recognize Connor Bouwman, a dedicated student with a strong commitment to academics, leadership, and extracurricular involvement.

Throughout his high school journey, Connor has been actively involved in Grosse Ile Marching Band, where he served as a saxophone section leader, as well as tennis, Science and Nature Club, and Link Crew—demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and a passion for learning.

His accomplishments include earning the AP Scholar Award, reflecting his dedication to academic excellence.

Looking ahead, Connor plans to attend Grand Valley State University, where he will study mechanical engineering.

Throughout his high school journey, John has been actively involved in Superintendent Leadership Council, HOSA, Trenton Youth Commission, and tennis—demonstrating a strong dedication to both leadership and service.

His accomplishments include being named Valedictorian, earning AP Scholar with Distinction and AP Scholar with Honor recognition, as well as receiving Downriver League All-Academic and Academic Achievement honors—an outstanding reflection of his hard work and academic success.

Welcome to Better Care From the Only Orthodontist Who Is Also Your Neighbor. It’s True. There’s a lot to be said for taking your children and teens to see an experienced orthodontist who also lives in your community. There’s a higher level of care from your neighborhood orthodontist, who may see you at the grocery store or around town. Your smile is very important to him. When Your Orthodontist Is Your Neighbor Dr. John Lupini is the only orthodontist in the area who lives here. The rest commute to their local satellite offices. What’s more, Dr. Lupini is long established in the Grosse Ile, Lincoln Park, Romulus, Wyandotte, Woodhaven, Taylor and Trenton areas and respected in the professional community for excellence in orthodontic treatment, adult orthodontics and TMJ treatment.

Exceptional Care & Service In addition to having an exceptional reputation as a children’s orthodontist, Dr. Lupini uses his state-of- the-art techniques and strong, honest communication skills to deliver warm, personalized service, teeth straightening and dental braces, Invisalign, early orthodontic treatment and removable braces. He and his staff are attentive to each patient’s desires and needs, and extremely thorough.

Dr. Lupini is known for his expertise in treating teens and adults as well as children as young as ages 3 and 4. He likes to identify potential problems while they are small and most easily treated.
