yoga with .marie on Thursday’s is an anchor of self care.

It’s the perfect time to join to start for the new year.

her class is restorative, peaceful, and grounding. we all have so much going on in our lives and we move through our days so fast.

having a yoga practice is a way to take care of our body, mind, and spirit so that we can return to life with intention and clarity.

amber’s class is a yin/hatha blend that is suited for all levels. she incorporates breath work, sound healing, and a small head massage at the end.

personally, I always leave class in a significantly better state than I started.

If you haven’t tried amber’s class I truly and highly recommend it.
