✨We are 3 days away from our yoga and tarot workshop✨

We begin by gathering around a shared altar, opening the circle and creating a grounded, sacred space
-clearing energy and arriving fully in the present moment.

From there, you’ll be guided through a somatic yoga experience with Amber, gently connecting movement, sensation, and inner awareness with the wisdom of the cards.

We’ll then move into a tarot embodiment circle, as Stephanie guides us through the knowledge of the tarot-each person drawing cards and exploring their meaning together in a supportive, open group space.

Light snacks and tea will be available.

Feel free to bring a journal, yoga mat, or blanket-though everything you need will also be provided.
