Paragon Program Spotlight

We’re proud to share a new promotional video created by two of our participants, Sarah and Colin, at The Grove. Colin wrote the original music, while Sarah directed, planned scenes, and helped guide the creative direction. Together, they filmed, edited, selected graphics, and finalized the visual presentation.

Projects like this reflect the core of our program—building independence, developing practical job skills, and empowering individuals through hands-on experience.

Just wanted to add a thank you to Preston Rose for helping build these skills with our members. It gives them a sense of pride in their work!

At Paragon, we believe everyone is capable of something great. One of our biggest goals is helping each person grow in independence, while learning real job skills like communication, teamwork, responsibility, creativity, and confidence.

Tonight, we’re celebrating Amanda and her handmade keychains! She was so proud to show them off — and they’re available for purchase at The Grove!

We’ve gotta brag on our Grove Team for a second — they made pumpkin spice lattes for some first-time customers today, and they were so impressed. 🍂 You could see how proud they were, and honestly, so were we.
