All Op**tes Detox (AOD) offers a safe, humane and effective detox for patients wanting to be totally op**te-free. Rapid op**te detox under sedation detoxifies the body of active op**tes under the medical care of highly experienced and qualified M.D.s (Medical Doctors), Board-Certified in Anesthesiology and in Addiction Medicine, certified Paramedics and skilled nurses. Our professional staff is trained and experienced in the rapid op**te detox treatment.
The rapid drug detox procedure is safely performed in our state-of-the-art equipped medical/surgical facility.

Our All Op**tes Detox under sedation for op**tes method is a 2 step process: Detox the patient and then administer Naltrexone to block the op**te receptor to prevent relapse.
The patient is started on an I.V. for hydration and medication administration. Vitamins and electrolytes are also replenished through the IV. Vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen levels, pulse and temperature) are monitored at all times.
The patient is then sedated under the supervised care of a Board-Certified Anesthesiologists (MD), a Board-Certified Addictionologist (MD), certified Paramedics, Registered Nurses, and other skilled staff professionals. During the sedation stage, the op**tes are flushed out from the patient’s op**te receptors by administering an op**te antagonist. Certain medications are administered through the IV.
Patients do not feel the pain of the withdrawals during the rapid op**te detox since they are sedated.
The actual op**te detoxification under sedation process is performed by our highly qualified staff, Board-Certified Anesthesiologist (MD), Board-Certified Addictionologist (MD), Certified Paramedic and Registered Nurse, who are specifically trained in the All Op**tes Detox procedure and who are present at the patient’s bedside throughout the entire process.
During the rapid detoxification process, Naltrexone therapy is initiated. Naltrexone is an op**te blocker used to reduce cravings and to prevent any op**tes from getting back into the brain receptors. The under the skin implant is the preferred route of Naltrexone administration with our rapid op**te detox treatment. The Naltrexone implant dissolves on its own over a period of 2 months and does not need to be removed. Dr. George recommends that patients stay on Naltrexone for at least one year in order to allow the brain op**te receptors to heal.
The patient is continuously monitored, in our in-patient setting, before, during and after the detox treatment. The following day, once stable, patients are released to the hotel to rest in the privacy and comfort of their own room, per their request. Patients, along with their companion and or caregiver, stay at the hotel overnight and are discharged the next day, after a medical examination and a continuing care program has been discussed. The patient is discharged 2 days after the rapid detox procedure.
Patients are totally op**te free since we don’t substitute one op**te with another. The patient is able to receive continuing care, return to work, spend time with family and friends, and resume normal activities much sooner than traditional op**te detoxification methods.
Staying Op**te-Free
All Op**tes Detox recognizes that rapid detoxification is the first step in recovery from op**te dependency. All Op**te Detox is the nation’s only rapid op**te detox center that includes unlimited aftercare and support by our treating Medical Doctors. Following completion of our All Op**tes Detox treatment, the patient is advised to continue the Naltrexone op**te blocker, and seek professional psychological support and rehabilitation.
Patients should be assessed on an individual basis to determine which type of aftercare treatment best fits their needs and life-style. There are various continuing care options:
Individual counseling/Therapy (CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or psychiatrist)
Group Therapy
Meetings (AA or NA) and 12-step
Outpatient/Inpatient Rehab Treatments
