We believe health, healing, wellness and strength are already inside each of us, this is our natural state. Through exploring our breath and our bodies in an accessible, fun, dynamic way we begin to cultivate and trust the inner guru inside each of us. 359° Yoga is a teaching studio that is committed to drawing out that which is already perfect inside of you in a nurturing, challenging and healing environment! Yoga Sculpt + is an energizing fusion of strength and flow. This class blends breath-based yoga movement with the option to incorporate free weights for added resistance.

Midway through, we shift focus to targeted strength training using weights, helping to tone and build muscle. We close with grounding stretches and mindful breathwork to leave you feeling strong, centered, and recharged. All levels welcome.

Weights are always optional for this class!
