Christian Health team members, families, and friends joined Team CHange Makers at Alzheimer's New Jersey's “Walk to Fight Alzheimer’s” on October 12! We walked in support of the many residents we serve who are affected by Alzheimer’s disease, and for their families who place their faith and trust in us to care for their loved ones.
