I was really frustrated by a recent podcast 😬
I heard Mel Robbins say she’s been “exercising all wrong” because her 5x/week Pilates routine didn’t match an expert’s perfect plan. What?!
Sometimes all the noise can literally keep us from moving forward:
👉 Walk, but only with a vest
👉 Run, but only sprint intervals
👉 Do cardio, but only in Zone 2
👉 Yoga/Pilates? Only if you do weights too
👉 Strength train? Only if it's heavy
All these ‘rules’ can be exhausting AND discouraging.

Running is not just about your legs. A strong core is essential for better performance and injury prevention. Many runners deal with recurring pain or setbacks, not realizing it could stem from poor core stability.

When we opened Iron Physical Therapy in 2011, we dreamed of creating something radical -- highly personalized healthcare.

Our model is rare in physical therapy, but we know that spending extra time to assess and connect with patients as a whole person results in lasting wellness.
