You can only live your best life if you’re in alignment with Source, literally situated beneath the showerhead of God’s bountiful abundance. If for whatever reason, you are standing away from the flow of God’s abundance, not only have you condemned yourself to struggle, the very same efforts that would have delivered an ideal outcome had you been properly situated, will now fall short of fulling your expectations. The yield or efficacy of your efforts will be diminished to the same degree you have veered off course.

I pondered the question, “What is necessary and essential for one to live their best life?”

The answers I received became the basis of this 3-part series. In my years as an energetic healer, I find unworthiness to be a leading deterrent to manifesting our heart’s desires.

On our journey towards creating our best life, unworthiness is the red light that never seems to turn to green, dictated by the subconscious mind, that for any number of reasons long ago decided we were either too guilty to be worthy, too inadequate, too inferior, too undesirable, too stuck, or simply not smart enough, not beautiful enough, not refined enough, not confident enough, not experienced enough, not educated enough, not creative enough, not lovable enough, not….. enough to be worthy.

We will delve into our past lives, the traumas we have inherited passed down to us through our DNA and epigenetics, our gestational experience in the womb and naturally our early childhood to unravel, negate, erase and uncreate all of the contributory factors that for whatever reason led us to believe ourselves unworthy.

And when we succeed in reprogramming our subconscious mind, in eliminating the patterns, states and conditions of restriction, in overcoming our childhood wounds, in eliminating self-limiting feelings, emotions, thoughts and beliefs, then we will have overcome a significant contributory factor that will render us ready, will and able to receive and enjoy the bounty of God’s Divine Abundance and all the gifts and blessings we will be privileged to access and utilize on our journey towards living our best life!
