And whether we name it, understand it, or even believe it;
the world is shifting.
Big astrological changes.
Chaos in politics.
Noise in the media.
A constant stream of information we take in every single day.
Then layer on our own lives…
responsibilities, relationships, everything we’re navigating, holding, carrying…
It’s a lot.
No wonder the body feels overwhelmed.
The mind restless.
The nervous system on edge.
Yoga teaches us how to stay steady within all of it.
Not to escape what’s happening
but to learn how to be with it
without being completely taken by it.
To notice when we grip.
When we rush.
When we check out.
And slowly we begin to choose something different.
Soften where we tend to overwork.
Stay where we usually pull away.
Engage where we might normally avoid.
