Hello all!! There is a nationwide phone issue so we can hear you when we answer, but you can’t hear us. But we can call you back and it will work. So, if you call, give us your name and number and we will call you back. Have a great week!!

Hopefully you received either email or text. We will be closed for one more day and will be back in the office on Friday, February 19th. On Friday, instead of our normal 1/2 day, we will be open from 8-5. We will be calling to get you rescheduled if you had an appointment during this crazy weather. Thank you all for being patient. We are praying for everyone to be safe and warm.

We are still going to be closed tomorrow due to the press release that was just announced from Judge Chris Hill. We have been out of power for the past 2 days and it looks like it will be like that for 48 more hours. Stay safe and warm, everyone. We will be done with this soon....

Another cold day and almost a full day without power. We had a couple hours where Tonise attempted to call everyone and then the power went out again. So, with that being said, we are closing again tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16th. I am sorry if you get a text that says you have an appointment. I am checking the power almost every 5-10 minutes. If there is a moment we get it, I am rushing (driving slowly) to the office to send a bulk text out to let everyone know we will be closed. At this time, with the snow coming Wednesday, it isn’t looking good for Wednesday but we will just play it by ear and pray the weatherman is wrong and it turns out to be a sunny Texas day. Please be safe everyone. We can’t wait to see you all again soon.

Hey Southwestern family! Due to weather and icy roads, we are going to do something we haven’t done before and close our doors for the day due to weather. We want you all to be safe and we will hopefully be open Friday for normal hours. Be safe and stay in if you can!

We have been getting questions today regarding the Collin County “shelter in place”. According to Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners and Collin County we are considered to be an essential health care profession so we will remain open through this and you are allowed to come in and be seen. Safety and wellness of our chiropractic family is our number one priority. We understand the magnitude of this pandemic and we are continually taking the proper steps according to CDC to maintain a clean, sanitary facility. We are closely monitoring all patients by taking their temperatures and asking the appropriate questions to assure all patients are safe. We still ask if you have flu-like symptoms or have been around anyone with these symptoms to please call us and we will get you rescheduled for a later date. We love all of you and hope you are staying safe.

We will he open limited hours this week. We are taking your safety and health very serious. We will be taking your temperature before being adjusted and will continue to wipe down and take the proper precaution between every patient. We ask for you to show up on your appointment time to properly allow social distancing. If you show up a little early, no problem, we just ask for you to stay in your car until your appointment time. If you have been out of the country or been around someone that has flu-like symptoms, we ask you to kindly reschedule your appointment for a later date. Thank you all!!

At Southwestern Chiropractic, your health and safety is and has always been our top priority. As the concerns over Covid-19 continue, we want you to be sure we are following all local, state and federal guidelines closely to ensure safety of all of our SWC family. We have always strived on being a clean and sanitized facility. However, we have instituted additional cleaning and sanitization so you can be comfortable in knowing that we are taking your health serious. If you have any questions where you can find hand washing stations and hand sanitizers, do not hesitate to ask. We encourage all of you to use personal precautions at home, as well. Drink lots of water, take your vitamins, get up and move and exercise to keep that immune system optimal. If you aren’t feeling well, come in and see us after you have had a chance to heal up so you don’t put our other patients in danger. We appreciate and love you all!!
