Here are a few tips for feeling good after losing an hour of sleep.
Get more light! Go outside and get exposure to morning sunlight on the Sunday after the time change to help regulate your internal clock. Having shorter daylight hours affects our mood and energy levels, decreasing serotonin. Make time to walk outside in the morning or early afternoon when the Sun is out.

“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.” ― Theodore Roosevelt
“The ear of the leader must ring with the voices of the people.” ―Woodrow Wilson

Please help us congratulate Teri Johnson on 10 years of service with HSNT!
When asked to reflect on the past decade, she said, "As I reflect back on the past ten years, it’s been an incredible journey to be a part of an organization like HSNT. I’ve learned so much from this opportunity. The HSNT mission and vision resonate with me, and I wholeheartedly believe I am exactly where I am supposed to be. Connecting our community to life-giving care and making a difference for those that need a hand up while meeting my professional goals is immensely satisfying."
