Dear community,
For the last 10 years Bridget Yanni (founder of the Amma Center) has been exploring the art of 'Sound Bath' as a healing modality within group settings. She has led dozens of Soundbath meditations and countless mini soundbath savasanas; This experience, she considers her 'Bhakti' Yoga, added to her 30-year career in Bodywork & Massage, her 18 year career as a certified yoga instructor & school, affords her this newest opportunity to offer private, deeply personal, healing treatments for clients and community members.
Scheduling opportunities begin this February!
Mondays-Tuesdays-Wednesdays

Sound instruments: 2 Lg Chau Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, bronze singing bowls, chimes, bells and tuning forks.

Sacred-Sonic Soundbath Sessions
30 minutes $50 (bring a friend $70)
45 minutes $75 (bring a friend $95)
Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Small, 75 minute, private groups can be scheduled on Sundays, with advanced notice.

Hello! Although the Ammayanni Yoga School has transitioned into 'Joy Movement Arts’ an extension of Jenkintown Dance Arts’ (Chrissie Leech),

Bridget will be teaching Saturday mornings. Same location!! Easy breasy😇
Note 4/6 &4/13 will be at 11am while the studio undergoes a nice refresh! (Back to 10am third Saturday in April).
Also class will be held in the Dance (just during refresh) studio located in the same campus at 827 Glenside Ave. We will be on the look out for students to greet and direct you🥰
Saturday classes can be as gentle or challenging as your body feels comfortable.
You can sign up through JMA website or just come on in and we will get you set up.

Our next Element immersion is coming up in mid-November! Join Sandy Muir and Michelle Supsic for an exploration of the Metal Element. Together, we will practice Yin Yoga and use select essential oils to support the Metal Element. Michelle will provide acupuncture in savasana.

Online registration will be available on the Amma Yanni Yoga website by the end of this week. Space is limited so please register in advance.

Anyone can join! Yoga teachers will receive CEUs. 🙏🕉☯️🍂
