My private practice, Rosemary Collaborative, LLC is built on relationships and trust, and welcomes every gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, ability, age, religion, size, and shape. I provide a safe environment in which your concerns will be explored in a collaborative, respectful, and confidential manner. Together, we’ll work towards your goals on a timeline that works for you, with an approach specifically tailored to you. We will establish a relationship that “undoes the aloneness” you may have felt holding everything in on your own for way too long. We'll uncover emotions, privilege the positive, and grow and learn together. As a trauma-informed, integrative clinician, I utilize multiple approaches to weave a therapeutic approach that’s comfortable for you, and customized with strategies tailored to your needs, personality and schedule. With more than 20-years of professional expertise, I hold a Master’s Degree from The George Washington University in Washington, DC; and completed post-masters work at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA, prior to establishing my woman-owned practice in 2017. I also have a depth of experience working with children and their families as a school counselor; as a community mental health professional; and as a counselor in college counseling centers. I am a certified EMDR clinician, Level III AEDP clinician, and a 100-hour certified Mindfulness Meditation instructor. In 2020, I co-founded Spring Village Center for Therapy & Wellness, LLC, a holistic wellness center blending eastern and western modalities to best help folks thrive. Personally, I am a white, cis-gender, straight woman, wife, and mother— who’s also juggling life’s needs, wants and demands.

My meditation buddy… when I have an evening class she likes to perch on her pillow and meditate with us. We’re focusing on the 9 attitudes of mindfulness, according to .kabat.zinn - tonight, patience.

Meditation at a working train station? Trains are often used as a metaphor in meditation to represent thoughts coming and going through our minds. So it’s only fitting that the Monday night community classes are held at the Elkins Park Station house. The station building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its notable architecture (Queen Anne style.) Built in 1898, many of the original details remain.

If you’re like me, you tried meditating on your own, maybe with an app, and felt like it was reaaaaaally hard. Makes sense! Being part of a community makes a difference, as does learning from an experienced teacher.

I’ve learned from some of the best and am grateful to be able to pass the wisdom of and on to you.

Hope you are taking a moment to put your feet up, take a breath, check in with yourself and your environment, make a space for what’s happening here and now. ✨

We just returned from a few days in nature, and as I plunge back into the suburban day to day, am struck by the contrast. Surrounded by trees, the forest floor, my heartbeat and breathing slows. I feel present and connected in a very different way. Bringing a sliver of this sense with me here. 🌲

about me...

You've probably been to a therapist before, and it hasn't quite felt right. Or maybe you liked them, but felt disconnected from their approach. Felt that there was a way to work more deeply with your emotions, but your therapist wanted to talk about your thoughts, and give you homework. Felt really bogged down in the details, and the negative, of what's been going on in your life. Haven't really laughed.

In our work together, we will privilege the positive. We will laugh. (And likely cry, too.) We'll develop a relationship that will "undo the aloneness" that we feel when our emotions are held within for waaaay too long. Therapy is specifically tailored to the person who is sitting in front of me, and will look different for everyone. Above everything, you will be heard and seen.
