Could your belly button be causing your back pain? 🤯

I just had a client come in with long standing low back pain.

With RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, we start by treating the pain… but then we dig deeper to figure out why it’s happening.

After addressing her low back and psoas, I tested her Deep Front Line (a major fascial line in the body). It was getting so little neurological input that she could barely hold her legs in the air.

I asked if she had any abdominal scars.
✅ Appendectomy scar on right abdomen— stimulating it gave her a bit more strength.
✅ Belly button scar from appendectomy — stimulating it gave her full neural lock. Suddenly she could hold strong without shaking.

Her homework: stimulate her belly button daily + “dead bug” exercises for 30 days.

Why this matters: Proper intra-abdominal pressure is essential for stability and functional movement. When an abdominal scar disrupts the nervous system, your core can’t fully engage — leaving your low back muscles to work overtime. Overworked and under-appreciated, they eventually cry out in pain.

By restoring that neurological connection and retraining her core, her nervous system will feel safer, her body more stable, and her low back muscles can finally relax.
