Here's a little education on cooking oils. Did you know that if the bottle reads expeller-pressed that means a chemical called hexane is added into the oil during the extraction process? This chemical is a neurotoxin. That means it's toxic for your brain. I always buy organic extra virgin cold pressed olive oil or organic cold-pressed unrefined coconut oil.

Lots of folks seem to have colds this time of year. I wouldn't use this for a child because frankly there are only two essential oils safe for kids and this is NOT one of them. But for adults consider putting a few drops of peppermint essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil and rub it on the bottom of the human feet. Also not for animals....
Then put on socks. This helps relieve congestion......

My pain balm is a blend of six essentials oils and it’s designed to reduce inflammation and decrease pain and it does the job beautifully. I have two new products to offer for sale one is a Neem and Tumeric sea salt scrub and the other is a fantastic moisturizer made with Shea butter, Açaí extract and aloe vera juice.
As many of you may know neem and turmeric decrease inflammation in the body and anything you put on your body can absorb into your bloodstream so if you’re going to put something on it try to put on something healthy.

I created an all natural pain balm for a friend who had TMJ so bad that they could barely talk let alone eat. The doctors were saying they were going to have to break the jaw and re-wire it just so it would open. So I thought what the heck this has to be better than that idea. The first time my friend used it, it eliminated the pain and the more it was used, the more flexible became the jaw. Within a week the jaw was normal. Another friend of mine had a headache and she put a little of this balm across her forehead and it stopped the pain. Another friend got into some chiggers and was miserable. She rubbed a little of this all over the chiggers and then promptly forgot all about them because they were no longer bothering her. I am allergic to mosquitoes they make me whelp up and turn red and are extremely itchy. I put a little bit on my ankles where the mosquitoes were having a feast and it eliminated the swelling, redness and itchiness. I get pain in my ankles from spinal stenosis and I’ve had two back surgeries. Whenever I’m in pain all I have to do is rub a little bit on what hurts and with in an extremely short period of time I no longer have pain. So I’d say the balm turned out to be a pretty good idea.
